Driven by Knowledge & Experience

Hi Yall, my name is Grant Cain and my journey into specializing in dance strength & conditioning and the dance world in general has been anything but ordinary. From my playing days in NCAA division 1 baseball to now training professional and college level dancers (and everything in between) every step, I’ve focused on staying true to my core values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work thats going to push athletes to their peaks and beyond.

This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what I believe in. My ultimate goal here is to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to quality and care.
